The Overnightist is dedicated to the art of the short escape. We curate a new, limited-availability overnight every week — one boutique stay, one incredible meal and one must-do experience. All bookable in one click.
What if I'm traveling solo or have a different group size? Currently we offer bookings for two guests per package, and also have solo travel options depending on accommodations and availability for any given weekend.
What if my reservation can't be confirmed? Each Overnightist package is curated around a specific stay, meal, and experience. All components are subject to final availability at the time of booking. If any part of the package — hotel, meal, or event — becomes unavailable, a comparable alternative will be offered or a full refund issued. All reservations are confirmed within one business day of booking.
How far in advance are weekends announced? Weekends drop Sunday evening for the immediate upcoming weekend. We want to keep the spontaneous energy alive while ensuring everything is perfectly arranged.
Where are these trips? Currently we’re programing overnight escapes throughout the country, typically within a 2-3 hour drive of major metro areas.
How does booking work? When a weekend drops, you'll get the high-level itinerary: location, lodging, restaurant reservation at a set time, and a curated local experience. Your reservation for the entire weekend will be confirmed within one business day, and you'll receive full details via email.
When do new weekends drop? Every Sunday evening around 8pm EST for the upcoming weekend (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday). Limited inventory, first-come basis.
What's included in the price? Hotel accommodation, pre-paid dinner and restaurant reservation, plus curated experience booking. Transportation to/from location not included.
